Cancellation and Refund Policy
The
customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the EVPC Pvt. Ltd., once a
reservation is made. This includes those policies related to cancellation and
refunds. The customer needs to be present at the EV charging station prior
their reservation time, preferably 10 min prior.
EVPC
Pvt. Ltd. will process the cancellation request from the customer as per the
cancellation/refund policy. The cancellation fee and the time taken to process
the refund will differ for each request.
In
order to cancel a reservation, the customer shall make a written and/or verbal
request to our customer care representatives or make such cancellation through
the evplugincharge.com or its apps. The refund shall be completed within the
period of 72 hours after the deduction of the cancellation fee.
Post
making the reservation, if the customer doesn’t show up at the EV charging
station then the customer shall continue to be liable for the entire charge
displayed at the time of making the reservation, and EVPC Pvt. Ltd. can deduct
the amount from the customer’s credit card directly.
